I built CLEAR around the kind of problems I kept finding myself pulled into from inside mission-driven organizations: a strategy that still needed to become actual work, roles that weren't quite clear, processes that had become harder than they needed to be, and good people trying to hold it all together.
I spent my career working across public health, healthcare, nonprofits and grovernment - leading operations, building programs, managing change, and figuring out what it takes to move from a good idea to something people can actually do.
